My name is Yiannis Yianni. My mission is to inspire leaders to dream more, learn more, achieve more and become more. That’s why I created INICEOS - to help executives and entrepreneurs become skilled, confident and successful business leaders.

In my 35 years of industry experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in leadership across businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to international corporations.
I’ve led across countries and cultures, through good times and through periods of uncertainty. But my passion for developing people has always stood out. In 2018, I started my own coaching business, which naturally evolved to focus on leadership development.
I know that many business leaders fail to fulfil their potential and drive the success they desire. I understand that my strength lies in developing the skills, qualities and confidence in others, to help them achieve what they often feel is impossible. That’s how INICEOS was born.
