Every year I conduct an independent survey with my clients to review our work together over the last year. Once again, I’m humbled by the feedback. But what’s most rewarding for me is to hear about the progress my clients are making.

Some of the ways in which clients have developed in the last 12 months include adding a more clearly defined structure and having a greater emphasis on planning. We’ve also worked together on improving communication across the team and systemising key business processes.

Celebrating and learning from the success of others is a key element of a ‘growth mindset’. Therefore, I wanted to share some of the highlights of the feedback and I hope this inspires you in the way it has me.
